At D.R.E., James provides a full-service capability that encompasses every facet of commercial real estate, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, consulting, and development services. James’s market area consists of properties in the Opportunity Zone and the new Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project in the city of Inglewood, CA, near the SoFi Stadium. In the last 24 months, James has closed approximately $89M in real estate transactions and has another $15-20 Million in the pipeline.
