Bill Hagelis
Bill Hagelis is a 32-year, leading Southern California retail broker with a focus on the Central Coast. His expertise includes bringing developers and tenants together in the development of new retail projects; repositioning existing retail properties; tenant site acquisition and representation; disposition of excess properties; retail investment sales and representing developers, retailers, and investors in land acquisitions. Bill is currently marketing/consulting the Camarillo Premium Outlet pads for Simon Property Group, and the Oxnard Gateway Plaza for Kroger, a 171,000-square-foot redevelopment with a 84,000 square foot Food-4-Less. He continues to represent major retail tenants throughout the Tri-Counties, including Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse, Food-4-Less, Foods Co., Islands Fine Burgers & Drinks Restaurants, Planet Fitness, and Les Schwab Tires. Other successful projects include The Esplanade Shopping Center in Oxnard, Simi Valley Town Center Mall, Camarillo Town Center, The Collection at RiverPark in Oxnard, and Carriage Square redevelopment anchored by Lowe’s in Oxnard. Before joining Radius to form Radius • Hagelis Retail Advisors, Bill was president of his own company, Hagelis Group, for 10 years, after serving as senior vice president of retail properties for Colliers International in Ventura County starting in 2002. His previous affiliations include NAI Capital, Pacific Rim Commercial Real Estate, and H. Bruce Hanes Investment Real Estate of Los Angeles. The Pacific Coast Business Times has named Bill to the Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate list every year since 2000. He was also recognized for completing the largest retail transaction in 2001.
